練習の時でも、天気が悪いこんな日になんで走らなければいけないんだと思ったり、足が痛くても頑張ったり、そんな状態でも走るのはそこに何かがあるから。

自分の人生で前に進もうと思ったら、無理してでもやらなければいけないことがある。

自分にとってはそれが走ること。
